Basically, what you get with Scalp Med is a generic combination of Minoxidil and a follicle detoxifier based on Panthenol. This product works pretty well, but I was looking for a drug free solution, so this wasn’t a long term solution for me.
One benefit here is that the formula is marketed towards both men and women instead of just men and the results have been reported as fairly consistent across the board. The big drawback though? Scalp med costs 5 times as much as Procerin and delivers slightly worse results (not much, but enough).
